38 Lyon Street

This is a great apartment, very beautiful interior and good location. Haven't had any issues really, have only had to call the landlord once and he picked up right away. Only complaint is that some of the cosmetic details aren't super great. There are definitely areas where paint was applied poorly (transferred onto wood trim, etc), some of the laminate on cabinets is peeling, and parts of the railing on the stairs aren't attached very securely. It's a bit of a bummer considering how lovely the interior is otherwise. Everything else functional (water, HVAC, appliances) has been good. Parking is available off street for an extra $100 per month but I opted out and have never had much trouble finding street parking close by. The street is pretty quiet and we've never had issues with noise within the building other than hearing some regular footsteps here and there.
