The Good: Outside of specific days this winter (which was brutal) I had running/hot water every day. Maintenance requests were completed quickly and efficiently. Noise from neighbors was minimal and to be expected. Property Mgmt Company was respectful of my schedule when showing the unit to new prospective tenants. The school across the street was actually relatively quiet during the day, even during recess. The Bad: Needed to give a 6 month notice to vacate, which is a little annoying. But everything else was great about the Property Mgmt company and the employees. Packages were almost always stolen (or placed on another tenants porch or neighbors porch.) During the spring/summer/early fall the scooters/motorcycles and sports cars LOVE drying down Chapel late at night or during the day. The current snow removal company does a poor job, and we often had to shovel behind them. Street parking is trash, and dangerous. Don't do it. I saw 5 cars in a single go get taken out by a city bus.
