The landlord company is horrible and so unprofessional! For brevity’s sake, I’ll list the biggest issues I experienced below: - Tried to increase my rent from $1960/mo to $2550/mo if I wanted to resign (that’s 30% which is INSANE! Most states cap increases at around 10%). The apartment is a shitty 1-bedroom, most luxury places in the area charge $2500 -massive roach infestation. They’ve not done much to address it and it has been ongoing for almost a year -barely any street parking just to allow you a way to unload groceries, I’ve heard many complaints about the paid parking but I don’t use it - super loud! Apartments are near bars and late-night pizza places plus a busy road. You WILL be regularly woken up by drunk screaming and loud cars. - entered my apartment TWICE illegally with no notice because they “forgot” - super unprofessional office. Phone goes straight to voicemail, they don’t email tenants for anything but shove paper in the door. HORRIBLE communication/unprofessional.
