Property was poorly maintained. We were promised repairs (paint job, mold remediation, repairs to plumbing issues that created mold problems, etc.) but they were never done. One time the tenant above left her sink running and water came pouring through the ceiling. Landlord responded quickly when asked for maintenance but often came up with excuses as to why they could not be fixed. Also tried to charge me to remove a piece of furniture that was in the house when he bought it (per old images on zillow). Wouldn't recommend living here unless he has gotten serious about maintaining his property.
