geneuonely the most disgusting and inhabitable place on earth. i am violently ill everytime i step into my room but the second im gone im fine. management told me i was being dramatic. we don’t get hot water, there’s trash everywhere, parking is a mess, we have termites, probably asbestos, our ceilings have crumbled in on multiple occasions, and the landlord Dianne Cournoyer actively went out of her way to call me on the phone and yell at me until i had to hang up on her because she wouldn’t let me talk. we were emailing about me leaving the lease and how what she’s doing is illegal and she called me out of the blue and yelled at me and called me stupid. fineberg management has only 1 star reviews because their places are disgusting. they gave me the wrong key at move in and it was on a saturday and called it non emergency (i would be homeless without my key) and threatened a $50 lock out fee. never apologized for the ceilings falling in. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Tenants are good about pushing packages inside 2nd door to avoid having any taken. Many tenants in the building are kind and quiet. Rats in basement near garbages. Nothing crazy but still a bit jarring if you've never experienced it. No issues in unit though and regular pest/plumbing maintenance completed. Apt itself is decent size and maintained okay by Boston standards. No dishwasher in my studio unit which was a personal gripe but not expressly promised when I signed so can't really complain. Rent is paid through Rentcafe which I personally appreciated. Management has been very short with me, they seem rushed all the time. They answer emails decently fast but are a bit vague, and good luck getting one question in over the phone before they are ready to hang up on you. Maintenance is okay timing-wise, but forgets to inform you before they show up.
