Security deposits are updated yearly to match the rent (as in, for a $100 rent increase, you have to pay an extra $100 to the deposit). There are two entry doors and both are unlocked with the same electrical key, you have to open the second within 30 seconds or it will lock and you have to go back outside to start again - this can be very annoying during move in.

Overall a decent building! A bit expensive since it’s outdated but that’s typical for Boston. Laundry situation is not ideal as there is only 1 washer and dryer for the whole building. No other major red flags during my time living here.
