I was really excited to move to Wooster Square, as I lived in a different area and wanted to be here and was excited for a new building. However, I ran into a lot of issues right when I moved in. This building/management is fine, until they’re not. The office (besides one person) is horrible to interact with, if you can even get in contact with them. I had a leak in my bedroom and they cut a hole in the ceiling and put plastic over it, leaving it for almost 2 weeks. Packages get stolen, even though it’s locked. Parking is $150/month for uncovered and ungated, and people will park there to get their matcha. They don’t try to fix mold, they just bleach and paint every few months. You hear everything in the halls. There’s no amenities, but charge like there is. Tons of airbnbs now, loud and annoying. Why’d I stay for 3 years you ask? Location location location. But honestly, get a deal with one of the new buildings that costs the same, but at least has a rooftop and pool.

urban haven corp did not return our deposit on time, we had to go to small claims court to receive our deposit. apartment had great natural light and located in a good area. every winter we had heating problems, they would promptly deliver space heaters, but heating wouldn't be fixed for a least a month or so. we lived there for 2 years paying $2100 and our renewal wanted $2400. that place is not worth $2400 in my opinion. washers/dryers always had issues, there are only 3 washers/dryers for the entire building and you will need to run the dryer twice even for a smaller load of laundry.
