kinda hate that im moving out of this place because 1. its relatively cheap 2. in a great area 3. a decent landlord this building is old and that's evident. kitchen is incredibly tiny galley kitchen with a smaller than average stove/oven and refrigerator. heat is included in rent, and it gets TOASTY in the winter. The rent was only increased by $75 on the renewal. The building is quiet and mostly Yale grad students. There is ongoing construction across the street that does tend to go late until 11 pm some nights and is constant all day, very noisy if you WFH. building does have mice problems, but you can get a cat to fix that!
